Join LUMEDX at the 2019 Advances in Quality and Outcomes (AQO): A Data Managers Meeting next month and learn firsthand how you can use the data you’re already collecting for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) registry to its full advantage.
Cardiovascular service line leaders are finding that LUMEDX’s HealthView Analytics (HVA) enables them to extract data that has previously been siloed and use it to monitor and measure performance—uncovering opportunities for improved quality, better outcomes, and lower costs.
The AQO will be held at the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street. To schedule a free HVA demo, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or just plan to stop by and say hello. You can find our table in the Bissonet on the third floor. Exhibit hours are 7 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 4 a.m. Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Also in New Orleans, on the day before the AQO, LUMEDX is holding our annual STS User Group. For information or to register, please click here.
Approximately 500 data managers from across the country are planning to attend the AQO, which is held each year to share the latest information on specification upgrades, as well as tips on the practical application of data collection and achieving quality outcomes. Data managers include nurses, cardiovascular coordinators, clinical analysts, quality managers, perfusionists, physician assistants, and surgery clinical reviewers.
The 2019 AQO will feature sessions for all four components of the STS National Database: Adult Cardiac Surgery Database, Congenital Heart Surgery Database, General Thoracic Surgery Database, and STS Intermacs Database.
