Docs Turn Progress Notes on Their Heads 

Healthcare IT News explores the increasing trend towards doctors adopting the "APSO note" plan for electronic health records. This method rearranges the format so that it follows -- Assessment, Plan, Subjective, Objective. A study found that 73% of participants were "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with using the APSO format to write notes, and 82% had positive reactions to reading the APSO notes.
