LUMEDX Client Services: Implementation Services
LUMEDX's software implementation packages include the professional services of formally trained Project Managers and Implementation Managers. Implementations will be conducted in accordance with Project Management Methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
The LUMEDX Implementation Service includes (at a minimum for all licenses):
Five phases to the methodology: Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Controlling and Project Completion. The project management process begins during Project Initiation and Planning when each LUMEDX team member makes a personal commitment to deliver a specific and measurable "deliverable" to the project within a particular quality, cost and scheduled work plan.
In a typical project timeline, the LUMEDX Project Director will supervise the client project plan and signoff plan and supervise the implementation until the client "goes live" with their Apollo Advance system. During the implementation phase, a LUMEDX Implementation Manager shall work directly with the client and focus on the install and any custom issues.
Various facets of Apollo Advance and Toolkit training will be conducted at LUMEDX's Research, Development and Training facilities in Bellevue, Washington. Once the client is working with a live Apollo Advance system, the LUMEDX Account Manager takes over and---with the help of the 24-hour Technical Support Team---guides the client through all troubleshooting, post-implementation support and coordinates any necessary data conversions.
The project management process ends when the client "signs off" the delivery from the LUMEDX project manager. Between those times, our proven methodologies ensure that neither budgets, timelines or resources are exceeded. The goal is simply to exceed client expectations and deliver the strongest Apollo Advance solution to their business and clinical information needs.
