Registry FAQs

How does Apollo Advance™ export data to registries?

Apollo Advance is designed to facilitate participation in procedure registries by automating the collection and export of requisite data, and allowing common underlying information to be used for participation in multiple registries.

LUMEDX is proud to be among the first American College of Cardiology vendor-partners to earn ACC software certification. Apollo32 and Apollo v.1.4™ comply with ACC-National Cardiovascular Database Registry™ (ACC-NCDR) requirements, allowing users who are ACC-NCDR participants to analyze procedural outcomes and compare results with those of other participating institutions across the nation. In addition to support for ACC data elements, Apollo Advance provides on-line access to data definitions, a data export utility, and encrypted data transfer.

Apollo Advance adheres to the Society of Thoracic Surgeons* data definitions and format, enabling easy collection and submission of data for participation in the STS Registries.

Does LUMEDX offer a stripped-down product solution just for registry participation?

YES! The LUMEDX Corporation ASP Solutions are designed to automate the collection and export of data, allowing common, underlying information to be used for participation in multiple registries. For a fixed, yearly fee, LUMEDX ASP Solutions provide a highly, cost-effective way for hospitals, clinics and office practices to take part in national registries sponsored by the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), and other regional and state-level data registries. LUMEDX's ASP Solutions also help organizations better manage their information technology overhead. ASP application and service fees are nominal compared to the total cost of technology licensure and ownership for traditional client/server software; predictable yearly fees are as also easily budgeted and accounted for. By freeing our ASP clients from the burden of technology management, their focus remains on better patient care through efficient clinical-information management.
