Allyn McAuley, Ph.D.
President & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. McAuley served as President/CEO of Pacific Intermark, Inc., a business development and marketing consulting firm. His fifteen years of consulting experience include more than 100 assignments with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in the medical, financial services, real estate investment and technology fields. Mr. McAuley holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and received his Ph.D. from UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley.
David McAuley, M.D., MPH
Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder of the Company, Dr. McAuley focuses on strategic product definition and technology assessment. Trained at Temple Medical School and the University of Washington School of Public Health, Dr. McAuley was formerly an Epidemiological Investigator for the Centers for Disease Control, NIOSH.
Laurel Shearer
Executive Vice President
Ms. Shearer has been with the Company since its inception and has been involved in senior management roles in all aspects of marketing, sales and customer service. She is currently charged with creating relationships with large corporate customer partners and developing the Company's new business strategies and relationships. Her prior experience includes 10+ years at the executive level in domestic and international marketing. She was the Vice President and co-founder of Pacific Intermark, Inc. and held senior positions at Consolidated Capital Corp. Ms. Shearer received her degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
