LUMEDX's Technical Support team is available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for high priority problems as defined in your site's Support agreement. Please call 1(800) 966-0669 Option #3.  For all other support issues, you will receive a call back from the LUMEDX Support team the next business day.

Note:  A High Priority issue consists of a system or application software problem, which results in data corruption or substantial portions of the system being unavailable, and/or has a major adverse affect on the End User’s normal business activities.
