The Premier Electronic Structured Reporting Solution for Physicians
CardioDoc produces patient procedural reports for the cardiology and vascular enterprises. These areas rely on timely, accurate clinical documentation. Yet producing and distributing patient reports with manual systems is time-consuming and costly, slowing follow-up treatment and reimbursement. By documenting data and images digitally, CardioDoc solves this problem, enabling physicians to complete, sign and distribute comprehensive documentation right at case end.
How it Works
CardioDoc automatically pulls data from your HIS and imaging system, pre-populating report fields. Prose text paragraphs and bullet comments are built on-the-fly; a final report can be offered for e-signature within a few minutes of case completion. Auto-Distribution instantly sends the report via e-fax or e-mail to the physician's office, referring physician, medical records, billing and other designated parties.
CardioDoc now features dedicated versions for the Cath Lab, EP, Peripheral Vascular Invasive (PVI), Nuclear and Echo. A CardioDoc Toolkit is available for the unique needs of each site.

"CardioDoc has enabled us to decrease our unbilled revenue, due to rapid completion of cath reports"
Jeanne Capadona
Cardiac Data & Information Systems Supervisor
St. Mary's Hospital
" The CardioDoc EP solution was also designed to foster interoperability and support our EMR efforts by creating a data stream that could be read across all hospital enterprise systems. The goal is data that could move freely and be accessed and read where it is needed. In CardioDoc, we found a powerful documentation and reporting solution and we worked closely with LUMEDX to ensure it worked within the EP environment, resulting in better and faster delivery of patient care."
